We do not offer refunds on completed sessions. We do offer single session packages if you'd like to try our services before committing to a multi hour package.

Completely up to you. Packages are purchased based off of number of hours and you choose how you would like to divide it with your tutor. We recommend 1-2x sessions a week to start off with.
